Athearn RTR SD40R SP shells and side frame replacements

Has anyone received the replacement shell or even truck side frames for that matter. I sent my incorrect shell back on July 23rd. I followed up with two emails to Athearn, one was answered in early September saying they expect the shells later in September and will ship them out as soon as they receive them. Well it's Oct 17th and I was just wondering if anybody has received anything for the SD40R?

I heard from Athearn last week that they were going to hopefully be shipping the shells this week. Heres hoping:)
