Model Railroading > United Publishers NetworkDate: 08/13/01 04:43 United Publishers Network Author: chatanuga Got a thing in the mail the other day from a place called United Publishers Network offering me a three-year subscription to Model Railroader. Wasn't there a thread a while ago on here about some place ripping people off by offering them subsciptions to Kalmbach's magazines? Is this the same place? I thought it was unusual that a subscription renewal offer came from someplace other than Kalmbach.

I'd suggest you treat any "offer" like that with a very large helping of suspicion and point the Postal Inspectors at them - if they're legit they won't mind one bit!
