Autumn Railroading on the Adirondack Scenic Railroad

I followed Adirondack Scenic's Utica-Thendara, NY run today catching northbound and southbound views of the train in Forestport (approx 33 miles north of Utica).

Among the riders were members of the Erie Lackawanna Historical Society who were in Utica for their annual convention.

The photo shows Adirondack No. 1502 leading the train over the Mohawk River in Utica, 11:38 this morning.
