Passenger Trains > California Zephyr #5 - what’s happening with our train?Date: 03/09/23 16:02 California Zephyr #5 - what’s happening with our train? Author: wzd We are on #5 (7) in Reno running 6+ hours late. Hearing various stories - snowstorm ahead and/or engine problems earlier east of here.
Does anyone have the scoop on our delay today? It’s an adventure, but seeing the snow again would have been better. The ride up yesterday was great. Train crew said we were following the rotary down The Hill.
