International Railroad Discussion > A fast visit to MRS Barreiro yard (Brazil)

Hi, today afternoon I was in Belo Horizonte and could take a look to the trains in Barreiro yard (FBO code). I went to Via Shopping mall for lunch and from the mall I could take some pictures of the trains at side.  
FBO is the yard where starts the MRS network here, so  it is broad gauge only. All MRS trains coming to my area starts at FBO. In fact, I could see a coal train parked there that it will come to EVP soon.

7) A view in the opposite direction of the previous pictures. Note the yellow walkway above the tracks where I took the photos. The station is in the foreground at right.  Sorry for the wires in the foregound. It was Impossible to avoid them.

Nice Interesting look at the Barreiro Yard where the MRS trains begin their journey.

Looks like a busy yard.  And no grass growing in the main line.

Yes, it is a busy yard since is connected to a steel mill and other costumers nearby.
