I'd start by buying a new house with a big, dry basement.

I would buy an old grocery store and build the all new Trewsville Southern Railroad, complete with a gift shop, and use the proffits to restore TA&G 80 at TVRM

I'd continue doing just what I am now, modeling the west end of the IAIS. But my basement would be paid for. :-)

Buy one real locomotive for the mobile mansion on wheels (2 or 3 Amtrak certified cars), maybe restore a GG1 if not too pricey

Have a spur at Rollinsville, CO and model whatever the heck I wanted!

Wish list:
KATO PA-PB sets in Delaware & Hudson, Rio Grande
Rio Grande GP30 sets (3 or more)
Colorado & Southern SD9 sets (3 or more) probaly some in BN and some in CB&Q
Duluth Missabe & Iron Range Tunnel motors, SD38s and SD9s and ore car sets
As many F and E units as I could find, make some New Haven and Metro North FL9s
As many DRGW power sets, probably everything they had in the diesel era
BN Tiger SD40-2s
Santa Fe Fs, GP60s, F45s, SD45s, GP30s

Probably once a week drive down the old DRGW to N Scale Supply and get some fun stuff....

I'd hit him over the head and see if he had any more money. Actually I would waste one dollar at the hobby shop and invest the rest of the money on women and booze.

Open a hobby shop, which would be part of a building with a large enough space for a hugh layout based on a local area, turning it into a club type set up.

Same here. Invest and make that money work for me to make more millions. Then buy a nice dry, finished 50ft x 30ft basement with a nice house on top of it and build a master double track 1/87 scale layout based on modern Sunset Coast Line, Burlington Northern Santa Fe, and Norfolk Southern practices. By the way, Sunset Coast Line is my free-lanced RR.

Thats what I would do.
